The products sold by ilythe brand (hereinafter “the Seller”) are consumer devices designed to provide localized comfort and a feeling of well-being (vibration, heat, red light) when used according to the provided instructions. They do notreplace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using our products, you agree to the following terms.

Intended Use

Our knee massager is designed for external use on the knee for comfort purposes only: vibration massage, gentle heat, and red light / near-infrared exposure for personal relaxation.
It is not sold as a medical device intended to treat, prevent, or cure any disease.

Warnings and Contraindications

• Do not use if you have electronic implants (pacemaker, defibrillator), are pregnant, have an open wound, an unhealed injury, or active skin disease without prior medical advice.
• Consult your physician before use if you have serious medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, diabetes) or are taking photosensitizing medication.

Sales and Shipping Policy

Final Sales
All sales made through ilythe brand are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except where mandatory legal warranty obligations apply (e.g., defects, non-conformity, or hidden defects).

Damages During Shipping

• If the customer selects a shipping option with insurance, any claim for loss or damage will be handled according to the insurer’s or carrier’s terms.
• If the customer does not select shipping insurance, the Seller assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
• The customer acknowledges that the Seller’s responsibility ends once the package is transferred to the chosen carrier.

User Obligations

The user must read the manual and ensure the product is suitable for their intended use.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any claims arising from misuse, product modification, or use by an untrained person.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and/or using this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer, the limitation of liability, and the sales and shipping policy.
